In recognition of Black History Month the Racial Justice group is hosting a review and discussion of the book Martin & Malcom & America: A Dream or a Nightmare by James Cone.  From James Cone, “I am an African-American theologian whose perspective on the Christian religion was shaped by Martin King and whose black consciousness was defined by Malcom X.  This book is an examination of the meaning of justice and blackness in America in the context of the lives and thought of Martin King and Malcolm X.”  Reading the book is not essential to your participation in the review and discussion of this book.  We will have chances to explore aspects discussed within its pages.  Join us on Thursday, February 25th at 7:00 p.m.
