With COVID restrictions being lifted we are beginning to return to in-person gatherings with safety precautions. Currently worship is both in-person and digital. Meetings and gatherings are also being held both digitally and in-person.
Worship in the building will occur at 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM on Sundays. We are open to all people, regardless of vaccination status, and are committed to working to keep everyone safe, especially those who are unvaccinated, immunocompromised, or otherwise vulnerable to COVID-19. All participants wear masks and are socially distanced. The 8:30 service will be livestreamed for those who prefer to worship digitally and will be left available for viewing at any time on our YouTube channel.
At this time, we are not hosting fellowship between services, and our nursery is not yet open. As vaccination rates go up and the case rate in Pierce County drops, we hope to be adding these things back soon!
Advent is about the “coming days.” God’s people have always lived in great expectation, but that expectation finds specific, repeated enunciation in the texts appointed for these four weeks. With them we eagerly await the coming days: another Christmas celebration, and the advent of Christ in word and supper.
